Whether for fitness training or rehabilitation – the original Thera-Band resistance bands deliver professional results in every situation. Suitable for all age groups, from beginners to fitness enthusiasts, these exercise bands – made from 100 per cent natural latex – work many different muscle groups. Specialised workouts for the abdomen, legs, buttocks, back, arms and shoulders build muscle across the whole body or target and strengthen specific muscle groups.
