Description
Following his groundbreaking international bestsellers *Become a Supple Leopard* and *Sitting Is the New Smoking*, bestselling author Kelly Starrett is back with a new book! In it, he and his wife explore the question of what factors keep people healthy in the long term and how to ensure that you continue to feel well as you get older. As a solution, they have identified ten essential methods that promote the body’s functionality during everyday activities and enhance overall quality of life. These include simple mobilisation exercises to improve flexibility and prevent injuries, practical tips on nutrition and sleep, and supplementary exercises for proper breathing. Through their book, they aim to make this approach – which they have developed specifically – accessible to everyone – whether elite or recreational athletes, office workers, managers, children, teenagers or senior citizens. After all, anyone can integrate these simple practices and exercises into their daily routine – for a pain-free, active and healthy life!
