Functional HYROX training for the next generation
The CENTR x HYROX Youngstars sandbags have been specially developed for young athletes who want to prepare specifically for the demands of HYROX Youngstars. They are ideal for sandbag lunges, carries and versatile functional workouts that build strength, stability and resilience.
The robust construction, made from hard-wearing Cordura ® nylon with double-stitched seams, ensures high durability – even during intensive training sessions. Seven external nylon handles allow for different grip positions and a wide range of exercise variations, ensuring a varied and functional workout.
The integrated internal pocket system with a double Velcro ® fastening ensures that the filling material remains securely inside the sandbag whilst being protected from moisture. The various weight options allow the training intensity to be individually tailored to age, performance level and training goals.
The CENTR x HYROX Youngstars sandbags thus provide the ideal foundation for structured HYROX training and help young athletes to further develop their strength, coordination and movement quality in a targeted manner.
