The CENTR x HYROX Youngstars Battle Rope has been specially developed for functional training and competition preparation for young athletes. At ten metres in length, the rope is ideal for sled pulls, strength-focused pulling exercises and varied functional training circuits.
The yellow markings, spaced three metres apart, make training progress immediately visible. This enables athletes to gauge the distances covered more easily, monitor their performance and improve step by step. At the same time, the rope helps them develop a clean pulling technique and train movement patterns in a structured way.
The tightly braided Dacron®polyester is particularly robust, durable and fray-resistant, whilst the non-slip handles ensure a controlled and secure grip even during intense training sessions.
