The Hyperice Contrast 2 Knee is a fully electronic contrast therapy device that delivers rapid warm-up and recovery effects through more intense cold, stronger heat and integrated compression. The heat can be adjusted to five settings ranging from 40 °C to 49 °C to optimally relax the muscles and promote blood circulation. After training, the cold can be set to five levels ranging from 15 °C to 4 °C to reduce inflammation and efficiently support recovery. The integrated, customisable compression provides additional support for muscles and joints and enhances the effects of heat and cold.
