Just Jump System – Measures jumps, sprints, explosive leg strength, anaerobic capacity and ground contact time
The portable computer displays the height and duration of a single jump, as well as the average ground contact time, height and duration for four jumps.
Calculates foot speed (shuttle runs and sprints) and explosive leg power performance.
Records 60 jumps and then calculates the average values for height, ground contact time and leg power for the first and last 15 jumps, in addition to an assessment of the level of fatigue.
