Description
Over 60 exercises for greater flexibility
Resistance band trainers can now be found in almost every gym. However, you can also train with resistance bands at home or outdoors with ease. This fitness tool is not only perfect for your strength and conditioning training, it is also ideal for mobility training and stretching. By acting as an extension of the fascial lines, the bands intensify every stretch, thereby enhancing the training effect. In this book, you’ll find over 60 illustrated and detailed exercises to improve your flexibility in everyday life and sport. You can incorporate them into a warm-up, use them to round off your training session, or design a standalone workout. To make planning your training easier, each exercise is assigned a difficulty level. Alternatively, you can start with the sample workouts presented in a separate chapter. Any suspension trainer can be used for this programme, not just the system featured in the book.
The exercises and workouts are suitable for all fitness levels – whether you’re a beginner or an advanced practitioner.
