With its three different side lengths, the PB Speed Wooden Plyo Box offers the ideal jump height for every training session. The height of the box can be individually adjusted simply by turning it over. With heights of 51, 61 and 76 cm, it enables plyometric jumping and cross-training that is perfectly tailored to your individual performance level and training requirements.
Made from sturdy, 11-ply multiplex timber, the jump box can withstand any load. All sides of the wooden Plyo Box are smoothly sanded and varnished, making it suitable for use both indoors and outdoors. The rounded edges of the robust landing surfaces ensure there is no risk of injury, even in the event of a missed jump. Two grip holes make moving the box a breeze and allow for effortless adjustment of the training environment.
The PB Speed wooden plyo box can be used to effectively train agility, speed, explosive power, maximum strength and jumping power. The exercises can also be combined with a barbell or a ball to make the training even more varied.
