Individual height adjustment for effective training!
With its three different side lengths, the PB Speed Wooden Plyo Box offers the ideal jumping height for every workout. The height of the box can be individually adjusted by simply turning it over. With heights of 51, 61 and 76 cm, they enable plyometric jump and cross training that is perfectly tailored to the respective performance level and training requirements.
Made from sturdy, 11-layer multiplex wood, the Jump Box can withstand all loads. All sides of the wooden Plyo Box are sanded and varnished, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The rounded edges of the robust jumping surfaces ensure that there is no risk of injury even in the event of unsuccessful jumps. Two grip holes make moving the box child's play and enable effortless adaptation to the training environment.
The PB Speed Wooden Plyo Box can be used to effectively train agility, speed, explosive strength, maximum strength and jumping power. The exercises can also be combined with a barbell bar or a ball to make the training even more varied.
