With its three sides of varying lengths, the Plyo Box offers the ideal jump height for everyone. At heights of 51, 61 and 76 cm, the Jump Box enables plyometric jumping and cross-training tailored to the user’s individual fitness level and training requirements.
The Plyo Box is made from sturdy, 11-ply multiplex timber and can withstand any load. All parts are smoothly sanded and varnished, meaning the Jump Box can be used indoors as well as outdoors.
The edges of the robust landing surfaces are rounded, ensuring that even missed jumps do not cause injuries. Two grip holes allow the box to be moved easily.
Thanks to its low weight, high speeds can be reached quickly and easily with the Speed Rope. The high-quality construction with a nylon sheath ensures the rope lands quietly on the floor. The sturdy plastic handles at either end of the rope ensure maximum grip comfort. The total length of the rope can be shortened as required.
