About the author
Wolfgang Unsöld is the founder and Head Coach of the Your Personal Strength Institute (YPSI) in Stuttgart, which offers personal training and consultancy, as well as seminars and coaching qualifications for personal trainers and strength coaches. Over the past six years, Wolfgang has published numerous specialist articles and delivered seminars and lectures at an international level, including in England, Italy, the Dominican Republic and the USA. Thanks to outstanding ‘before and after’ results over the past nine years, Wolfgang is now known worldwide and in high demand.
