He also spent two years as a manager on a farm in Maine, where he focused on sustainable vegetable cultivation. Martha Holmberg is CEO of the International Association of Culinary Professionals. Previously, she was editor and food writer for Fine Cooking magazine and food writer for the Oregonian daily newspaper. She lives in Portland, USA.
