Patrick Herzog ist ehemaliger Offizier der Bundeswehr und Diplom Sportwissenschaftler. Er verbindet mit seiner PAT-Methode athletische Bewegung und funktionelle Wissenschaft.
In seinem Personal Training-Studio in München setzt er PAT in Praxis um.
Seine Kreativität und sein Interesse an funktioneller Bewegung sind in all seinen Workshops deutlich spürbar.
Er bietet stets einen Blick über den Tellerrand des klassischen Trainings hinaus. Hierfür nutzt er innovative und selbst entwickelte Trainingstools wie die PATmat und den PATrigger.

With a total length of over three metres and 16 sewn-in loops, the PATband is extremely versatile. The intensity of exercises can be optimally adapted to suit individual training and fitness levels. The PATband was developed in collaboration with Patrick Herzog, the developer of the PAT system and a performance coach.
