A cross between a sandbag and a dumbbell. This new training tool is ideal for adding a twist to dumbbell, kettlebell, medicine ball and bodyweight exercises. The variable disc shape helps build grip strength. The Sandbells are made from durable and stretchy neoprene. Flexible and safe! The patented filling mechanism allows the user to empty the Sandbell and fill it with any filling material of their choice. Please note that the filling material is not included.
