HYROX Youngstars combines challenge with fun -
creating the perfect introduction to the world of HYROX and an active, athletic future.

The program was developed specifically for children and adolescents - it is age-appropriate, dynamic, and clearly focused on movement, coordination, and endurance. The result is a training format that teaches important fundamentals at an early age:
self-confidence, body awareness, and the joy of movement.

HYROX Youngstars is based on the well-known adult race format, but is fully adapted to the age, development stage, and training level of the participants. Running is combined with functional exercises such as SkiErg, sled push & pull, farmer's carry, or age-appropriate burpee and jump variations. The stations follow a clearly structured sequence and teach children movement and athletic challenges in a playful way.

The result: a training format that motivates, challenges, and brings the whole family together.
