The CENTR x HYROX Perform Series Rower has been developed to specifically improve endurance, strength endurance and performance. As a central component of the CENTR Perform Series, it enables an effective full-body workout that simultaneously challenges the legs, back, core and cardiovascular system.
The air-based resistance system provides a particularly natural rowing feel and automatically adapts to the intensity of the workout. The harder you pull, the greater the resistance. In addition, there are 10 resistance levels available to tailor the workload to your individual training goals and fitness level – from steady-state endurance sessions to high-intensity interval training.
The integrated LCD console provides key performance data in real time and enables precise training control. This allows you to keep track of stroke rate, wattage, distance, time and other metrics at all times.
Thanks to its robust, studio-quality construction, the CENTR x HYROX Perform Series Rower is suitable for ambitious home gyms as well as for professional use or HYROX training.
