This club has created a 274 sqm training area that is both functional and identity-building. In a clearly structured room concept, strength, endurance and functional movement come together – creating the ideal basis for modern club and athlete training.

In the centre of the room, well-designed shelving systems ensure order and accessibility: medicine balls, hex dumbbells and kettlebells in a wide range of weight classes are located here – right at the heart of the gym, so that short distances and flexible use are possible at all times. One entire side of the space is specifically dedicated to strength training. Several squat racks offer both beginners and ambitious athletes the opportunity to work specifically on maximum strength, technique and stability. The layout allows free weight exercises to be integrated just as easily as complex multi-joint exercises.

On the opposite side of the room is the cardio area, which leaves nothing to be desired. With treadmills, air bikes and Watt bikes, a wide range of endurance training is possible – whether as a warm-up, interval training or regenerative session.

A special highlight is the functional turf, which covers a central area and can be individually designed with club logos and colours. This creates space for dynamic activities: sled pulls, agile movement forms or cool-down sessions can be integrated just as easily as group dynamic training forms. The turf not only makes the gym more practical, but also turns it into a visual flagship for the club.

The area is rounded off by selected strength machines that enable isolated muscle training – particularly important in rehabilitation, prevention or as a supplement to free training.
