His clients include Olympic champions, Tour de France participants and weightlifters, as well as CrossFit Games medallists, ballet dancers and soldiers. Since 2009, Starrett has been travelling across the US to convince trainers and athletes that optimal mobility and correct movement execution are the keys to peak performance.
Glen Cordoza
