FLEXIVIT can be used anywhere, even in your own four walls. The FLEXVIT Mini can also be taken along on trips due to its compact size. It is suitable for individual, group or team training and for sports enthusiasts of all ages, because it can be used for muscle building, warm-up, general fitness, but also for rehabilitation sports. The bands are available in 6 different strengths for all requirements and different muscle groups.
