Description
Successfully combating cancer as a metabolic disease
The latest studies show that 95 per cent of cancer cases are directly linked to diet and lifestyle. Nevertheless, conventional treatment continues to rely on chemotherapy, surgery and radiotherapy, which are associated with many harmful side effects. If you want to treat the root causes of your cancer naturally, the innovative approach developed by Dr Nasha Winters and Jess Higgins Kelley is just right for you.
The oncologist and the nutritionist view cancer as a metabolic disease and show how, through the right diet and lifestyle, you can influence your metabolism to create an environment that is hostile to cancer, preventing the formation and spread of cancer cells and destroying tumour cells. Based on a detailed analysis of your lifestyle, you can put together a personalised treatment programme to help you detoxify your body, strengthen your immune system and restore your mental and emotional wellbeing. The recommended ketogenic diet eliminates sources of toxins and restores balance to your metabolism. Alongside delicious recipes, strategies for a healthy lifestyle and tips for stress relief help to promote the healing process and successfully combat cancer.
