The new PB Minibands Elite are thicker than our classic Minibands and therefore particularly robust and durable. The Minibands Elite are particularly suitable for strengthening and toning the abdominal, buttock, leg and shoulder muscles. Thanks to the different strengths (light - very strong) they are suitable for men and women of all ages and fitness levels. They are "mini" small and fit in any workout bag.
