The XL version of the standard minibands is 30 cm long and is especially perfect for exercises where the band is placed around the thighs and for large athletes.
Minibands are handy all-rounders for effective and intensive training of the entire body and are perfect training tools for stretching, strength training and injury prevention. The elastic bands offer a wide range of workout variations, even in the tightest training spaces, and are ideal for targeted activation and training of major muscle loops such as the thigh and shoulder girdle, as well as the complete trunk and stabilization musculature.
In addition, they are also ideal for dynamic warm-ups or during recovery phases after knee and shoulder injuries. The 4 different strengths available provide the right level of difficulty for every fitness level and can be used individually or in combination in exercises, e.g. side-steps, squats, shoulder stabilization exercises, etc.
