The plyo boxes from PB Speed are ideal tools for training explosive power and are a useful addition to endurance and strength training.
In addition to increasing explosive power, they offer versatile workout options for improving conditions, speed and agility. Made of compressed foam, they are characterized by high stability and a non-slip surface that enables clean and safe jumps. The rounded edges and corners offer additional protection against injuries. With three different height variants, which can be used individually or easily stacked on top of each other and fixed with an integrated Velcro fastener, they can be individually adapted to any training level.
