The PB Strong Landmine Core Trainer ( incl. T-Handle) expands your barbell training with numerous exercises to strengthen your shoulders, back and core. It is perfect for rotation and upper body exercises. Our Landmine barbell holder can be swiveled 360 degrees, giving you maximum range of motion. Made from robust steel, it is designed so that it can be used stably in any corner. Thanks to the additional hole, it can also be easily mounted on the floor. The barbell is inserted into the rotation sleeve with the desired weight and the workout can begin.
It is also equipped with a rope anchor, which allows fitness ropes to be attached, thus increasing the variety of training options. The T-handle included in the scope of delivery enables barbell training in instep, comb and hammer grip to train additional muscle groups. With a maximum load capacity of 300 kg, the Landmine Core Trainer is versatile and therefore ideal and space-saving training equipment for any training area, fitness studio or home gym.
