The Perform Better Half Rack Wall ball Plate offers the practical option of training at two heights at the same time. It can be mounted on all vertical main columns of the Perform Better Half Rack. The pin used for attachment allows easy adjustment to position the Wall Ball Plate optimally on the Half Rack. If necessary, it can also be removed in one quick movement
Wall ball exercises are an effective form of functional training using a medicine ball. The ball is thrown at a wall or plate while the exerciser performs various movements such as squats or lunges. These exercises are designed to improve strength, endurance, coordination and flexibility.
