Now with rounded corners for extra protection PB Extreme’s plyo boxes are ideal for training jumping power and are a useful and effective tool for complementing endurance and strength training. As well as increasing explosive power, they provide ideal workout options for improving fitness, speed and agility. The Plyo Boxes are made from compressed foam and feature high stability and a non-slip surface for clean and safe jumps. The rounded edges and corners provide extra protection against injuries during training. The five different height options can be used individually or easily stacked and secured on top of one another using the integrated Velcro straps on the sides. This allows the level of difficulty to be individually increased or reduced and adapted to any training level. Additional carrying loops are attached to the sides of the boxes for easy transport.
