About the authors
Jörn Rühl holds a degree in sports science, specialising in prevention and rehabilitation. He works full-time as head of the Fitness and Health Sport Department at the German Gymnastics Federation (DTB) and is the author of numerous specialist articles and books, including the M.O.B.I.L.I.S. light course manual.
Violetta Schuba holds a degree in sports science, specialising in rehabilitation and prevention. As a sports therapist, she works in the field of medical training therapy. Her areas of expertise include back training, osteoporosis and fitness training. She draws her practical experience from her work as a consultant and trainer at the DTB and HTV.
