The Inertia Wave – small, lightweight, but WOW!

The Inertia Wave is a lightweight, portable training tool designed specifically for HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training). The primary focus is on strengthening the core and improving speed, endurance, strength, coordination, balance, and cognitive abilities.

How is the Inertia Wave constructed, and how does it work?

The Inertia Wave consists of two (2.9-meter-long) ropes made of natural latex tubing. There are two versions in total:

 1. The classic “single” version for hanging in your environment
 2. The DUO version for training with a partner

This HIIT tool works based on the Inertia Wave oscillation. This means: From the moment you start swinging the Inertia Wave, energy is continuously built up and stored in the ropes.

The larger or more powerful the “swing,” the more energy is returned to your body through it.

This is precisely the resistance you’re working against. If you swing too weakly, the frequency decreases—beautiful waves no longer form, and energy is lost.

A must-have for all HIIT enthusiasts

With the Inertia Wave, you can make your daily fitness routine more effective and optimize your metabolism. It’s a lightweight, portable alternative to the battle rope and can be attached to a wide variety of locations using its carabiners.

Weighing only about 1.2 kg, it’s the ideal HIIT tool for on the go or your home gym.

Best of all: Fun guaranteed!

It’s hard to believe, but despite the high level of exertion, the workout is a ton of fun!
Especially when you use the DUO version with your workout partner.
