The CrossFit Games World Champion reveals his secret
Skip to content
:
Like so many of us, Jason Khalipa thought he had already achieved a great deal in life and overcome numerous hurdles: a successful businessman, CrossFit Games World Champion and a happy family man. Yet no hurdle was as great as the personal setback that was to follow: his daughter’s diagnosis with leukaemia. From that moment on, he had two choices – to give in to overwhelming despair or to fight.
Jason chose to fight. And in doing so, he learnt more about success, perseverance and taking control of one’s own life than he had ever thought possible. In this book, he reveals his secret and, using his AMRAP principle alongside targeted exercises, personal anecdotes and boundless passion, shows the reader how anyone – even in the most adverse circumstances – can get the very best out of themselves.
About the author
:
Jason Khalipa is a CrossFit Games World Champion and the CEO and founder of NCFIT, a global fitness company dedicated to making sport effective, enjoyable and accessible to everyone. He is one of the most successful athletes in the history of the CrossFit Games – the world’s largest competition for all-round athletes across all disciplines. In 2008, he was crowned the ‘Fittest Man on Earth’ and represented the US team three times at the global CrossFit Invitational. When his daughter was diagnosed with cancer, he developed the AMRAP principle for himself – a training method derived from sport that helped him maintain control over his life and continue to succeed, even under these difficult circumstances.
